PARKING

We have a private parking lot directly east of the main Origins Salon building for guests to use during their reservation time. There is usually plenty of off street parking as well. Plan for extra time parking during downtown Castle Rock special events, as many streets close down.

LOYALTY POINTS

One way to show our appreciation to all of our guests is by creating a loyalty reward program. Guests are automatically enrolled with no additional fees or efforts needed. All guests will begin accumulating points with every visit! Your loyalty reward points can be redeemed for product purchases once the account reaches $5 or more.

GRATUITY

At Origins Salon we strive to provide you with the best possible experience and exceptional luxury experience. While gratuity is not expected, it is always appreciated as a token of your satisfaction. If you feel that your stylist has gone above and beyond, a tip is a wonderful way to show your gratitude. Thank you for choosing us!

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We understand minor hair adjustments may be needed. Origins stylists will work their hardest to create your desired look. If an adjustment is needed, all concerns need to be communicated to the salon within 24 hours and a complimentary adjustment can be done within 10 days of the original service. Only for the requested look. If a completely new look is requested, that will be an additional charge. All adjustments must be done original stylist. If going to a different stylist, additional charge for that stylist,

CLOTHING FOR YOUR RESERVATION

We want to ensure your visit at ORigins Salon is both enjoyable and safe, we kindly advise against wearing nice clothing or valuable jewelry during your reservation. Our services often involved the use of chemicals that could potentially stain or damage your attire. To help protect you, we provide capes and ropes for you to change into before your services.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life happens and reservation cancellations may be necessary. We kindly requests a 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation to allow us enough time to refill the opening with another guest. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total cost of the services scheduled. Our team works hard to provide top-notch service and personalized attention to every guest and we appreciate your cooperation.

RETURN POLICY

All retail product and tool purchases are final and may be exchanged within 30 days from original purchase for in-salon credit. Applies to unopened or lightly used products only.

GIFTCARDS

Gift Cards purchased may be redeemed for services, retail and extensions. No cash value will be available after purchase.
